1 <br /> 1 /f q� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. of �/ t f <br /> ' AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING A PART OF WILBER STREET <br /> TO THE JURISDICTION AND CONTROL OF THE BOARD • <br /> OF PARK.COMMISSIONERS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend , Indiana: <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That that part of Wilber Street extending from the north <br /> line of Keller Street to the west line of Portage Avenue be , and <br /> the same is hereby transferred to the jurisdiction and control <br /> of the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana, and the said Board of Park Commissioners shall have <br /> exclusive government , management and control of said street <br /> as. above described, all as provided by law creating and <br /> governing said Board of Park Commissioners: Provided, <br /> however , that said Board shall not have authority over the <br /> sewers and sewer connections , and water mains and water con- <br /> nections on or in said street . <br /> SECTION 2 . <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br /> and after its passage . <br /> n II A '49— <br /> /(3 stft3 a �O El/er of the Common Council. <br /> i \' , <br /> i <br /> • <br />
