", . v._AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE W YORK CENTRAL RAILWAY COMPANY, <br /> THE NEW JERSEY INRI 'VA AND ILLINOIS RAILROAD COMPANY <br /> AND IORTHERN • ILW,AY COMPANY <br /> TO STATION FLAGMEN A THE CROSSING OF THEIR RAIL- <br /> ROAD OVER WALNUT STREET BETWEEN SAMPLE STREET <br /> AND INDIANA AVENUE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> That the New York Central Railway Company, the New f <br /> Jersey, Indiana and .
