That Kline Street from Ewing Avenue north to Lincoln Way East <br /> be and the same is hereby changed to Twyckenham Drive. <br /> SECTION 2. That Harriet Street from the gt. Joseph River north to the <br /> City limits be and the same is hereby changed to Twyckenham Drive. <br /> i <br /> SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith <br /> are hereby repealed and nullified. <br /> SECTION 4.
