Section 7. Any applicant who shows satisfactory evidence to the <br /> Board of Health that he has a license in any other City of the State of <br /> Indiana as a plumbing contractor under and by virtue of the provisions <br /> of an ordinance pursuant to Chapter 209 of the 1929 Acts the the General <br /> Assembly of the State of Indiana, may be recommended by the Board of <br /> Health to the City Controller for the issuance of a license without an <br /> examination upon payment of the usual license fee and filing of bond <br /> as herein otherwise provided. <br /> Section 8. That Section 22 of Ordinance No. 1880 is hereby <br /> repealed. <br /> Section 9. Any person violating any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall be fined in any sum not less than Twenty-five Dollars <br /> ($25.00) and not exceeding One Hundred Dollars (0100.00) to which may <br /> be added imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than thirty (30) <br /> days. <br /> Section 10.
