• RESOLUTION NO . tS 1 4-20 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND COMMONLY KNOWN AS 635 SO. LAFAYETTE BLVD . TO BE AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF REAL PROPERTY ;TAX ABATEMENT WHEREAS , the Common Council of the City of South Bend has adopted a Declaratory. Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic Revitalization Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration ; and WHEREAS , a Declaratory Resolution designated the area commonly known as 635 So . Lafayette Blvd . and which is more particularly described as follows : The land referred to is located in the County of St . Joseph , State of Indiana , and described as follows : A part of the Southeast Quarter (4) of Section Eleven (11) , and part of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section Twelve (12) , all in Township Thirty-seven (37 ) North, Range Two ( 2 ) East of the 2nd P.M. , more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract No. 3 of the Studebaker Corp.
