EXHIBIT A <br />Requested Services <br />1. Purchase and maintenance of flowers, bushes, plants and related beautification items for <br />the South Bend Central Development Area; <br />2. Purchase, repair and installation of flower pots, benches, trash receptacles, hanging <br />flower baskets and related streetscape items such as public art; <br />3. Banner and flag program including the seasonal purchase, installation and <br />repair /replacement of worn or damaged flags and banners; <br />4. Purchase, installation and maintenance of holiday and theme decorations, including <br />related items; and <br />5. Other services and items deemed TIF eligible by the City's Division of Economic <br />Development, including administrative costs necessary to implement items 1 through 4 <br />above. <br />
