COMMUNITY INVESTMENT AUGUST 24,2015 4:00 P.M. <br /> Committee Members Present: Gavin Ferlic(XAB), Henry Davis Jr. (XAB), Dr. David Varner, <br /> Dr. Fred Ferlic <br /> Citizen Members Present: Bob Emery(AB), Pat Mullin (AB) <br /> Other Council Present: Tim Scott,Valerie Schey(XAB),Oliver Davis, Derek Dieter, <br /> Karen White <br /> Others Present: Brock Zeeb, Chris Fielding <br /> Agenda: Bill No. 15-81 Designating Tax Abatement for <br /> Fed-Ex Ground Package System Inc. <br /> 5115 Dylan Dr.—5 Year Personal Property <br /> • <br /> Vice-Chair of the Community Investment Committee, Dr. David Varner, called the hearing to order <br /> noting just one item on the agenda and the fact that there was not the required quorum to take official <br /> action. <br /> Dr.Varner recognized Brock Zeeb from the Community Investment Department to make a presentation. <br /> Brock rather than making a presentation requested the committee recommend a continuance until the <br /> meeting on September 14. <br /> With that Dr.Varner adjourned the hearing at 4:02. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Dr. David Varner,Vice-Chairperson <br /> Community Investment <br /> 1 <br />
