That ordinance number 2331 adoted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of June, 1923 and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended in so far as it applies to the property hereinafter set forth, in the following: The territory in the City of South Bend bounded on the South by !'lest Colfax Avenue, on the East by No. Lafayette Street, on the ?Test by North Y.Filliam Street and on the North by the first alley North of Colfax Avenue, is hereby changed from "F Height and Area" to "G Height and Area ", and that the same shall hereafter be classified as 'TG Height and Area ". . SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect �\1N and after its passage and legal publication.
