ORDINANCE NO. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMIMION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the <br />25th day of June, 1923 and commonly known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended in so far as <br />it applies to the property hereinafter set forth in the <br />following: <br />Lots numbered One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four <br />(4) and Five (5) Burrough's Sub- division in the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />are hereby changed from "B Height and Area" to "C Height and <br />Area" and shall be henceforth in "C Height and Area" class- <br />ification. <br />SECTION 2.
