AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE <br />NO. 2331 ADOPTED BY THE COMMON <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, ON JUNE 25TH, 1923, AND <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING <br />ORDINANCE ". <br />BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, that.Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by <br />the Common Council of the City of South Bend on June 25th, <br />1923, and commonly ]mown as the "Zoning Ordinance ", be <br />amended as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the North Half (1/2) of <br />the North Half (1/2) of the West Half <br />(1/2) of Lot Numbered,Eight (8) in Edward <br />Sorin's First Additibn to the Town of Lowell, <br />now City of South Bend, - Indiana, be and the <br />same is hereby changed to "C" Commercial <br />District and "E" Height and Area District] <br />and subjecting said territory to the <br />provisions of said Zoning Ordinance and to <br />all the regulations "thereto relating. <br />SECTION 2.
