P'? y / <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE <br />2331 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE. <br />---- - - - - -- 000---- - - -- -- <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of <br />June, 1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and <br />the same is hereby amended insofar as it applies to the following <br />described property located in the City of South Bend, Indiam , in <br />the following particulars as specified, to -wit: <br />Those lots abutting upon Mishawaka Avenue between <br />Twenty -sixth Street on the Wiest and Twenty- seventh <br />Street on the East, and also including Lots One <br />Hundred Thirty -seven (137) and One Hundred Fifty - <br />three (153) in the Original Plat of River Park <br />now part of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />are hereby changed from "B Residence" to "C Commercial" and <br />from "A Height and Area" to "S Height and Area ", and shall <br />henceforth be in "C Commercial" and °'E Height and Area" classi- <br />fication under and pursuant to said Ordinance number 2331. <br />Section 2.
