P'? y / AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE 2331 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE. ---- - - - - -- 000---- - - -- -- BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of June, 1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended insofar as it applies to the following described property located in the City of South Bend, Indiam , in the following particulars as specified, to -wit: Those lots abutting upon Mishawaka Avenue between Twenty -sixth Street on the Wiest and Twenty- seventh Street on the East, and also including Lots One Hundred Thirty -seven (137) and One Hundred Fifty - three (153) in the Original Plat of River Park now part of the City of South Bend, Indiana, are hereby changed from "B Residence" to "C Commercial" and from "A Height and Area" to "S Height and Area ", and shall henceforth be in "C Commercial" and °'E Height and Area" classi- fication under and pursuant to said Ordinance number 2331.
