That Ordinance Number 2331 adopted by the <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the <br />25th day of June, 1923 and commonly known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended insofar as <br />it applies to the following described property, in the. <br />following particulars as specified, to -wit: <br />Lots numbered Ninety -seven (97), Ninety -eight <br />(98) and Ninety -nine (99) in Fordham Addition to <br />the City of South Bend and Lots numbered Three <br />Hundred Sixty -one (3611, Three Hundred Sixty - <br />two (362), Three Hundred Sixty -three (363), Three <br />Hundred Sixty -four (364), Three Hundred Sixty- <br />five (365) and Three Hundred Sixty -six (366) <br />Colonial Gardens Addition to the City of South Bend, <br />are hereby changed from "B Residence" to "C Commercial" and <br />from "A Height and Area" to "D Height and Area ", and shall <br />henceforth be in "C Commercial" and "D Height and Area" <br />classification under and pursuant to said Ordinance Number <br />2331. <br />SECTION 2.
