(� el"� � ORDINANCE NO. 02 9 a s` AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE 2331 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDI1TkNCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the Common .Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of June, 1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended insofar as it applies to the following described property, in the following particulars as specified, to-wit- The property located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, bounded on the South by Lincoln [Nay West, on the East by Maplewood Avenue, on the North and West by the City Limits of the City of South Bend, is hereby changed from "A Residence" to "D Light Industrial" and from "A Height and Area" to "F Height and Area ", and shall henceforth be in "D Light Industrial" and "F Height and Area" classification under and pursuant to said ordinance number 2331.
