(�4 Y A411 MM ORDINANCE NO. / An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2331, adopted Tune 25, 19233 eomnonly known as "Zoning Ordinance ", by changing a certain described tract from the "B" Residence District and "A" Height and Area District, to the "D" Light Industrial District and "E" Height; and Area District, and subjecting the same to the provisions of Section 4I and XI4 of said Zoning Ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE COLMN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 2331, adopted Tune 25, 1923, common- ly known as "Zoning Ordinance" be and the same is hereby amended to read as 7 follows: All of the territory heretofore included within the "B" Residence District and described as follows: All that parcel of unplatted land bounded on the southwest side by North Side Boulevard, on the east side by Louise Street, on the northwest side by the right -of -way of the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company, as described in deed recorded in Deed Record 204, at page 594 of the records of St. Joseph County, Indiana, and on the northeasterly side by the northerly line of Floral Avenue (vacated), be and is hereby changed from the "B" residence district and "A" Height and Area District, to the "D" Light Industrial District, and "E" Height and Area District, and shall hereafter be subject to all of the provisions of said Ordinance affecting or pertaining to the "D" Light Industrial District and "E" Height and Area District. SECTION II. That all other provisions of said Zoning Ordinance be and they are hereby contained in full force and effect. SECTION III. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and legal publication.
