ORDINANCE N0. g / a 6 <br />AN ORDINANCE p2,1ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331, <br />CojvZtJOHLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by the <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on `1 <br />the 25th day of June, 1923, and commonly known as the <br />Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as <br />follows, to wit: <br />That the property situated in the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, and described as follows, to wit: <br />All that -prope-r-ty bounded on the north <br />by Ewing Avenue, on the east by South <br />Lafayette S eet, and South Lafayette <br />Street produced, on the south- easterly <br />side by the right of way of the Pennsylvania <br />Railroad, on the west by the west line of <br />Section 24, T370, RM , <br />be and the same is hereby changed from "D" light indus- <br />trial and "E" height and area districts to "Et* heavy <br />industrial and "F" height and area districts. <br />No other provision save and except as to the <br />tract herein bounded and described shall be changed hereby. <br />SECTION 2. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and legal publication. <br />ber of he Common Council. <br />
