131 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1� '141 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 2331, C004ONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1 <br />That Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend on the 25th day of June, <br />1923., and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the <br />same is hereby amended in so far as it applies to the property <br />located in the City of South Bend, hereinafter set forth, in <br />the following, to wit: <br />The area bounded on the north by <br />Ewing Avenue, on the south by Eckman Street, <br />on the west by the Pennsylvania Railroad right- <br />of -way, and on the east by South Main Street; <br />be and is hereby changed from "D" Light Industrial, to "E" <br />Heavy Industrial, and shall henceforth be an "E" Heavy Industrial <br />classification under Ordinance No. 2331. <br />Section 2 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and legal publication. <br />.3 <br />,r-Member of the Commorf Uouncil. <br />n <br />
