ORDINANCE NO. <br />ki <br />M <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th <br />day of June, 1923, and commonly :mown as the Zoning Ordinance, <br />be and the same is hereby amended in so far as it applies to <br />the property hereinafter set forth in the following, to -wit: <br />That property located in the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, and being on the south side of <br />Lincoln Highway,.starting at Western City limite, <br />extending East to first highway that turns south <br />off Lincoln Highway and having a depth of 120 feet, <br />be changed from "B Residential" to "G Commercial" and from <br />"A Height and Area" to "E Height and Area" and shall hence- <br />forth be in "C Commercial" and "E Height and Area" classifi- <br />cation under and pursuant to said ordinance #2331. <br />Section 2.
