7 <br />ORDINANCE NO. &� 97 / <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE <br />2331 COMMONLY T_NO"IN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COM -AON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the .Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of June, <br />1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is <br />hereby amended insofar as it applies to the following described property <br />located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, <br />in the following particulars as specified, to -wit: <br />Lots numbered One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) in <br />Huey Heights Second Addition; <br />Lots numbered One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), <br />Five (5), Six (6), Forty -seven (47), Forty -eight <br />(48), and Forty -nine (49) in Elwood Park; <br />And a parcel of land described as follows: Beginning <br />at the Southwest corner of Elwood Avenue and Johnson <br />Streets, then South One Hundred Twenty (120) feet, <br />thence west parallel with Elwood Avenue to the East <br />side of Huey Street, thence North One Hundred Twenty <br />(120) feet, thence East to the place of beginning; <br />the same being lots numbered 3, 4, 59 61 71 8, 9 102 <br />11, 260 27 and 28 in Elwood Avenue Proposed Addition, <br />are hereby changed from "A Residence" to "C Commercial ", and "A Height <br />and Area" to "D Height and Area ", and shall henceforth be in "C <br />Commercial" and "D Height and Area" classification under and pursuant <br />to said Ordinance number 2331. <br />SECTION 2.
