O 79/ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE <br />2331 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE.. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of June, <br />1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same. is <br />hereby amended insofar as it applies to the following described <br />property, in the following particulars as specified, to -wit: <br />Lots numbered Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), <br />Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twentydone (21), <br />Twenty -two (22), Twenty -three (23), Twenty -four <br />(24) and Twenty -five (25) in E. Rupel's First <br />Addition to the City of South Bend, Indianm , <br />are hereby changed from "B Residence" to "D Light Industrial" and <br />"A Height and Area" to "E Height and Area", and shall henceforth be <br />in "D Light Industrial" and "E Height and Area" classification under <br />and pursuant to said Ordinance number 2331. <br />SECTION 2.
