ORDINANCE NO. ,? F F-5 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE <br />2331 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That ordinance number 2331 adopted by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of June, <br />1923, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is <br />hereby amended insofar as it applies to the following described property, <br />in the following partioulars as specified, to -wit: <br />Lots numbered One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and <br />Four (4) in Mpon *s First Addition to the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, and <br />Lots numbered One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and <br />Four (4) in E. Rupelts Second Addition to the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />are hereby changed from "B Residence" to "C Commercial" and "A Height <br />and Area" to "E Height and Area ", and shall henceforth be in "C <br />Commercial" and "E Height and Area" classification under and pursuant <br />to said Ordinance number 2331. <br />SECTION 2.
