THAT ordinance 2331 adopted by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, June 25, 1923, <br />commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance be, and the same is <br />hereby amended insofar as it applies to the use of the follow- <br />ing described property, to -wit <br />Lot No. 26 in Leeper Second <br />• Addition to the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana <br />which is hereby changed from n"Arc,,Residential use, to "CtP Commer- <br />cial use classification under a nd`�ursuant to said Ordinance <br />No. 2331. <br />SECTION 2.
