ORDINANCE NO. �3e2 This ordinance is amendatory of Ordinance Numbered 2331, adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana on June 25, 1923, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: Sec. 1. That Ordinance No. 2331 of the City of South Bend, Indiana be and the same hereby is amended as follows, to -wit: That the real estate known and described as Lots Numbered 54 and 55 in Augustine's Addition to the City of South Bend and Lot Numbered 4 in Moon's First Addition to the City of South Bend, all in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, be qnd the same hereby is rezoned as a Class C Commercial Use district and hereafter shall be subject to all regulations and re- strictions affecting real estate zoned for Class C Commercial Use as defined by Section 5 of said Ord- inance No. 2331. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the aforesaid real estate be and hereby is reclassified and rezoned as a Class D Height and Area district and that said real estat6 hereafter shall be subject to all the regulations of Section 13 of said Ordinance No. 2331. Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval in writing by the Mayor, and upon legal publica- tion he eof. w & 2nd READING O C s.
