y ORDINANCE NO. 3 A F-5 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $6,000.00 FROM THE CITY GENERAL FUND TO THE ACCOUNT IDENTIFIED AS D-4 A IN THE CITY19 LEDGER OF DISBURSEMENTS, BEING FURTHER IDENTIFIED AS THE SPECIAL BARRETT LAW AUDIT FUND AND APPRO- PRIATING THE SAID SUM FCR THE PURPOSE OF ACCOMPLISHING ALL MATTERS ORDERED BY THE ST. JOSEPH SUPERIOR COURT #21 TO BE DONE IN CONNECTION 11ITH THE SEVERAL BARRETT LAW SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLES AND ACCOUNTS AS SET FORTH IN THE JUDGMENT OF THE COURT IN AN ACTION NUMBERED 54558 AND IN AN ACTION NUMBER- ED 57911. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the city of South Bend: SECTION I. That there be and there is hereby trans- ferred -from the City General Fund to the account identified as D -4 A in the city'd ledger of disbursements, being further identified as the Special Barrett Law Audit Hind the sum of $6,000.00 and appropriating the same for theme of the Treasurer of the said city of South Bend for the employment of all needed clerical help and other assistants and personnel, supplies, books, and other equipment for the full and complete administration of the several Barrett Law accounts and to accomplish the re- audit, accounting, re- adjustment and detemmin- ation of the status of each and every Barrett Law Special Assess- ment Role and Account in any manner affected by the decision of the St. Joseph Superior Court #2 ,in'a cause before it and numbered 54558 or by the decision of. the St. Joseph Superior Court #2 in a cause before it numbered 57911.
