ORDINANCE # 3236 <br />AN ORDINANCE CHANGING':THE' DESIGNATION 'OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED <br />PROPERTY AS TO IISE AND'HEIGHT AND AREA DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. That Ordinance #2331 be amended in the following <br />particulars, to- wit: That all of the remaining portion of Lot #6 <br />except the south 36 feet thereof in Burroughls Subdivision of <br />Lot #115 State Bank Outlots of the Third Addition of the City of <br />South Bend be changed from C use and F height and area district <br />to B use and B height and area district. <br />SECTION 2. That the south 36 feet of Lot #7 excepting the <br />west 11 feet thereof in Burrough's Subdivision of Lot 4115 State <br />Bank Outlots of the Third Addition of the City of South Bend be <br />changed from B use and B height and area district to C use and <br />F height and area district. <br />SECTION 3.
