ORDINANCE N0. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE NO. <br />2331, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BE THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION ONE - <br />That ordinance No. 2331, adopted by the Com- <br />mon Council fo the City of South Bend, Indiana on June <br />25th,1923, and commohly known as Zoning Ordinance, be, <br />and the same is hereby, amended insofar as it applies <br />to the property described as follows:, <br />Lot "A" and Lot Ten (10) in J. <br />E.
