Each operator shall also furnish his photograph to be attach- <br />ed to his card in the files of the Electrical Inspection Department of <br />the Building Department. <br />Class D - -- <br />Authorizing the sale of approved electrical appliances, a.pp- <br />aratus, devices and materials designed to be a part of or attached to <br />any electrical circuit for light, heat or power. <br />The fee for such license shall be 410.00 and the annual re- <br />newal thereof, $5.00, <br />(F) The sale of refrigerators, stokers, oil burners, air condition- <br />ers, ventillating fans, rian les and all other electrical equipment of <br />one — fourth horse power (4HP or more shall be reported to the Building <br />Department within 48 hours after the sale. <br />Fai ure to abide by this action of the Ordinance is sufficient <br />cause for re 1 of license. <br />That in section 822 of Ordinance #2925, four words in the Twelfth <br />line reading — "taken -from this code" be stricken out. <br />That in the nineteenth line of the same <br />placed between the fourth end fifth words so <br />shall be held only. on the first Monday." <br />That there be added to the 18th line of <br />"and a. Class C Motion Picture Operator." <br />That there be added to the 46th line of <br />"and a Class C Motion Picture Operator," <br />At the time of application for Class A, <br />shall pay $5,00 to cover cost of Examination. <br />section, the word "only" be <br />as to read, — "Examinations <br />the same section, the words <br />the same section, the words <br />B, and C license, applicant <br />SECTION IV— That the City of South Bend hereby designates the 1935 <br />National Electrical Code end its amendments as a. part of the Building Code <br />of the City of South Bend and further that any and all amendments made to <br />said National Electrical Code which shall be made by the National Board <br />of Fire Underwriters in a regular meeting assembled shall automatically <br />become a. part of the rules and requirements of the Building Department of <br />the City of South Bend, excepting such parts of said National Code which <br />are less restrictive or in conflict with the Building Code of said Civil <br />City of South Bend, And that said requirements shall be operative and re- <br />gulatory upon all parties coming under authority of said code of the said <br />Building Department of said City and any person or persons seeking to <br />enjoy the privileges set forth in said code shall fully comply with such <br />amendments that shall be properly promulgated by said body. <br />SECTION V — This Ordinance shall be <br />its passage and legal publication, <br />in conflict with these provisions <br />in full force and effect on and after <br />All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances <br />are hereby repealed. <br />1B R OF T HE COMMON COUNCIL <br />
