J O 741-, <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PARTS OF ORDINANCE NO. 2331, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH $EISD,INDSANA: <br />SECTION ONE <br />That Ordinance No. 2331, adopted by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of dune, 1923, and <br />commonly Down as Zoning Ordinance, be, and the same is hereby, <br />amended insofar as it applies to the property described as follows: <br />Lots numbered Twenty -eight (28), Twenty -nine (29) <br />and Thirty (30) of Vogt *s Addition to South Bend, <br />Indiana, together with a parcel of unplatted land <br />on the South side of Lincoln Way West, extending <br />from the alley next West of Kentucky Street to <br />Iowa Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana; <br />thus, comprising the frontage on the South side of <br />Lincoln Way West between Kentucky Street and Iowa <br />Street in the City cf South Bend, Indiana. . <br />The property so described is hereby changed from B use <br />and A height-and area districts to C use and D height and area dis- <br />tricts, ' <br />SECTION TWO <br />This Ordinance shall be in fall force and effect from and <br />after its passage and legal publication. <br />17 s <br />3 Of <br />O el <br />I <br />er o ninon Counoi <br />
