<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the above bids were
<br />referred to the Engineering Department for review and recommendation. After reviewing those
<br />bids, Mr. Corbitt Kerr, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract to the
<br />lowest responsive and responsible bidder Walsh & Kelly, Inc., 24358 St. Rd. 23, South Bend,
<br />Indiana 46614, in the amount of $95,690.00 for Division A, and reserve the right to award
<br />Division B to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder within sixty (60) days. Therefore, Mr.
<br />Relos made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded and The
<br />contract approved as outlined above. Ms. Maradik seconded the motion, which carried.
