REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 25, 2015 288 <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Murray Miller, Local No. 645, asked if Attorney Schmidt read that Walsh and Kelly was <br />listed as and MBE/WBE contractor, noting he did not believe they should be. Attorney Schmidt <br />stated he only asked for compliance with the MBF./WBE requirements and relies on Engineering <br />to review and confirm that.
