That the sum of Five Thousand One Hundred <br />Dollars ($5100.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Department <br />of Public Safety of said City for equipment, P -16, including the <br />Purchase of an ambulance and extras, two (2) motorcycles and two <br />(2) side -cars. <br />SECTION 2..
