((13 <br />l� <br />ORDINANCE NO.� <br />- -- -- ---000-- --- --- <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the Department of Public Safety of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana be and it is hereby authorized to in- <br />crease the police force of said City by the employment of Twenty <br />(80) additional members. <br />SECTION 2. That the sum of Three Thousand Seven Hundred <br />Dollars ($3700.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Department <br />of Public Safety of said City for the salaries of such additional <br />members of the police department, being P -1. <br />SECTION 3. That the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) <br />be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General fund of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana to the Department of Public Safety of <br />said City for Supplies, being P -13. <br />SECTION 4.
