ORDINANCE N0. � gir(o <br />An Ordinance appropriating the sum.of Two Thousand <br />($2000:bO) Dollars, from the General Fund of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana to the Department of <br />xifxJJ=x$w=L-x2 Public Safely of said City for the <br />purpose of detecting the perpetrators of the murder <br />of Marerine Appel.' <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA:' <br />SECTION 10'� That the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000:'00) be <br />and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Departments of tkzxZzzT9x3d Public <br />Safety of thex said City for the purpose of pfferiAg,a'ieward-for .the. <br />atrbbt :an&eonficttoniof Ahe°3erson or persons responsible for: the <br />murder and outrages p committed on Maverine Appel, Age.Eight, of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana.' <br />SECTION 2.
