ORDINANCE NO. <br />An Ordinance fixing the Tax Levy for the year of 1930 for <br />the Municipal Civil City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION 1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That there be and hereby <br />is levied the <br />following amounts for the year 1930 on each One Hundred ($100.00) <br />Dollars of assessed valuation of property in <br />the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, as fixed by the officers of St.Joseph <br />County and <br />the State of Indiana, for the objects named, <br />For General Fund <br />$ .58 <br />For Park Fund <br />.069 <br />For Track Elevation Fund <br />.005 <br />For Police Pension Fund <br />.013 <br />For Firemen's Pension Fund <br />.005 <br />For Sinking Fund. <br />.0198 <br />For City Plan Commission Fund <br />.003 <br />For Hospital Fug <br />.0177 <br />For Municipal Airport Fund <br />.0075 <br />Total <br />$ .72 <br />Section 2. There shall be levied a <br />Poll Tax of <br />Fifty Cents on every male inhabitant of said <br />City, sane and <br />not a pauper, of the age of Twenty -one years and not over the <br />age of Fifty years. <br />Section 3.
