ORDINANCE N0. Ot 0 v l <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works of the City of South <br />Bend has made a contract for investigation and report pertaining <br />to sewerage disposal in the City of South Bend, and the pollution <br />of the St. Joseph River, to Burns and McDonnell of Kansas City, <br />Missouri, and W. Si Moore of South Bend, Indiana, which contract <br />is subject to the approval of this Council; <br />, be it and it is hereby ordained by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. That said contract made and entered into by <br />and between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its <br />Board of Public Works, as party of the first part, and Burns and <br />McDonnell and W. S. Moore, as parties of the second part, a copy of <br />which contract is attached hereto, be and the same is in all things <br />ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />SECTION 2.
