That the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) <br />be and the same is' hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Finance Department of said City <br />for Clerks' salaries in said Department, being classification B 3. <br />SECTION 2.
