That ordinance number 2331 adopted on the 25th <br />day of June, 1923, and known as the Zoning Ordinance, be amended <br />insofar as it applies to the following described property, in the <br />following particulars as specified; to -wit: <br />Lots numbered - Nienty -eight (28), Twenty-nine <br />(29), Thirty (30) and Thirty -one (31) in <br />Burrough's Sub- division to the City of South <br />Bend, and <br />Lots numbered One (1) and Two (2) in Keller's <br />Sub - division to the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />be and is hereby changed from "B Residence" to "C Cormercial", <br />and from "B Height and 1healf to "E ::;eight and Areal district, <br />and said property shall henceforth be in "C Commercial" and <br />"E Height and Area" classification, under and pursuant to said <br />ordinance number 2331. <br />SECTIOI? 2.
