Keogan and has caused a form <br />of contract to be prepared for submission to the Common Council, <br />which contract is subject to the approval of said Council and <br />execution by said Board; <br />=REFORE, be it and it is hereby ordained by the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend: <br />SECTION I. That said contract made and entered into by <br />and between the City of South Bend, Indiana,, by and through its <br />Board of 'dater Commissioners, with Richard C. Keogan, wh'.ch contract <br />is attached 'hereto, be and the same is in all things ratified, con- <br />firmed and approved upon execution thereof by said Board of 'cater <br />Commissioners on behalf of the City of South Bend. <br />SECTION II.
