That the sum of Five Thousand Dollars <br />($5000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the general <br />fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Finance Department <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana for the purpose of paying that <br />part of the cost in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars (n5000.00) <br />for the pavement and improvement of Kline Street from Lincoln Way <br />East to Ewing Avenue, to be borne by the City of South Bend in <br />Improvement number 2457 under Improvement Resolution 2254 of the <br />Board of Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION 2.
