ORDINANCE NO. v2 rsf <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COn11MON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Dollars <br />($480.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the <br />general fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the <br />Judicial Department of said City for the transportation of <br />the Probation Officer from the lst day of May to the end of <br />the current year, at the rate of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per <br />month. <br />SECTION 2.
