�9 <br />J <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AND aXTENDING POLK STREET <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1. That Polk Street be extended one block <br />South from Jefferson Boulevard to Wayne Street, and that <br />the public thoroughfare which is a continuation of Polk <br />Street from Jefferson Boulevard South to Wayne Street, and <br />hitherto known as an alley, be henceforth made a part of and <br />designated as Polk Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION 2. Be it further ordained that numbers be <br />given such buildings as are erected on said Street between <br />Jefferson Boulevard and Wayne Street to correspond with the <br />numbers of other streets running North and South between <br />Jefferson Boulevard and Wayne Street in the City of South <br />Bend. <br />SECTION 3.
