i <br />pF <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />o� <br />AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING A CERTAIN C014TRACT BET'V-E N THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND THE SISTERS OF THE HOLY CROSS HOSPITAL <br />ASSOCIATION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMION COUNCIL OF TH]L CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That a certain contract between the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Health, and the Sisters <br />of the Holy Cross Hospital Association, dated April 14, 1930, be <br />and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Section 2.
