j�. <br />A <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />An ordinance ratifying a contract between the <br />Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and <br />Fred P. Fatter, Contractor. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />Section 1. That a certain contract entered into between the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana., by and through its Board of Public <br />Works on the 18th day of March, 1930, and Rted P. Futter, <br />Contractor, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part <br />of this Ordinance, for the remodeling of and addition to Water <br />Works Office Building, known as No. 224 North Main Street, for <br />the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty -Eight ($358.00) Dollars, be <br />and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed, and <br />approved. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage. <br />Member of the Common Council <br />
