Citizen Chris Huff echoed their <br />sentiment. <br />In the few minutes remaining Dr. Varner commented on the storm /sanitary sewer separation mandated <br />by the EPA. He said that the Council may mandate downspout cut -offs for those currently being <br />discharged into the storm sewers.
