Also attached is a copy of the petition, <br />Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. The project calls for the acquisition and <br />installation of new and used equipment as part of the company's planned renovation of a facility to <br />manufacture of plastic components used in a variety of industrial and consumer applications. The facility is <br />owned by AIC Ventures and will be leased to Fortis Plastics. The facility is located at 3615 Voorde Drive <br />and it has been vacant over one year. Any used equipment acquired would come from outside the State of <br />Indiana. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The total cost for the <br />equipment is estimated at $2,218,900.
