~'.~~~~ l~a~ o`~~~~, <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br />3511 - 3615 Voorde Drive <br />AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A <br />(5) FIVE-YEAR PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />Fortis Plastics, LLC <br />Wl-IEREAS, a petition for personal property tax abatement consideration has been filed <br />with the City Clerk for consideration by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, requesting that the area commonly known as 3511 - 3615 Voorde Drive, South Bend, <br />Indiana, and which is more particularly described as follows: <br />Land Situated in the State of Indiana, County of St, Joseph, City of South <br />Bend. <br />PARCEL I: A portion of the East'/: of Section 33, Township 38 North, Range <br />2 East of the Second Principal Meridian, and a part of the City of South <br />Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast '/4 Section 33, thence <br />South 0 degrees, 07 minutes, 29 seconds West, along and with the East line of <br />said Southeast Quarter of Section 33, a distance of 815.52 feet; thence North <br />89 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds West, a distance of 1,348.23 feet to the <br />intersection of the Northerly Right-of--Way line of Voorde Drive and the <br />Westerly Right-of--Way line of proposed Progress Drive, said point being the <br />point of beginning; thence North 0 degrees 19 minutes 51 seconds East, along <br />and with the said Westerly Right-of--Way line of proposed Progress Drive, a <br />distance of 455.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds.West, <br />along a line parallel with the Northerly Right-of--Way line of Voorde Drive, a <br />distance of 250.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 19 minutes 51 seconds West, a <br />distance of 455.00 feet to a point on the Northerly Right-of--Way line of <br />Voorde Drive; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds East, along <br />and with the Northerly Right-of--Way line of Voorde Drive, a distance of <br />250.00 feet to the place of beginning. <br />PARCEL II: A portion of the Southeast'/a of Section 33, Township 38 North, <br />Range Z East of the Second Principal Meridian, in and part of the City of <br />South ,Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as <br />
