4 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $500.00 FROM SOLID WASTE <br />CAPITAL FUND N0.611, AND AN ADDITIONAL $75,000 FROM SEWER <br />INSURANCE FUND N0.640 <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />Additional funds are needed for expenses in budget year 2008 consisting of'$500.00 for <br />the Solid Waste Capital Fund No. 611, and an additional $75,000 from Sewer Insurance Fund <br />No. 640. These additional monies were not anticipated at the time the City passed the 2008 City <br />Budget in 2007 (Ordinance No. 9787-07). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />Section I. The additional sum of $500.00 is appropriated in fiscal year 2008 and set aside <br />within Solid Waste Capital Fund No. 611 for expenses. <br />Section II. The additional sum of $75,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2008 and set <br />aside within Sewer Insurance Fund No. 640 for expenses. <br />Section III.
