See attached <br />Marketing Drawing and the Burdette Street Villas Minor Subdivision for <br />the project location. <br />The reason for this special exception is to allow for two units within the <br />Stadium Village Homes development to be utilized as a group <br />residence for a Jesuit community. The intention is to create one large <br />unit by having the main floor of each unit open to each other in the <br />dining area in such a manner that the wall could be closed up ~in the <br />event of a resale. There will be a maximum of 8 residents, and there will <br />be 8 bedrooms between the two combined units. This special <br />exception will allow for the members of the Jesuit community to <br />function as one single non-traditional family. <br />It is understood that this special exception request meets the following <br />standards: <br />The approval will not be injurious to the public health, <br />safety, morals and general welfare of the community. <br />The presence of a Jesuit Community within the <br />Stadium Village Homes development will largely be <br />unnoticed in comparison to the other condominium units. <br />The Jesuit community will function similarly to all the other <br />condominium units within the development. <br />
