That the sum of Forty -two hundred Dollars <br />($4,200.00) be, and the same is hereby, appropriated from the <br />General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department <br />of Public Works, Appropriation No.H -I8, for the payment of the <br />repairing of Michigan Street, Monroe Street and Crescent Street <br />Sewers. <br />SECTION II.
