That the sum of Thirty -four Hundred Dollars <br />($3400.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General <br />Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Finance Department, <br />Sub -head B -8A, with which to pay for legal notice and list of sale <br />of real estate delinquent under the Barrett Law and cash plan. <br />SECTION 2.
