OBDINANCE NO o? 110— An Ordinance ratifying a certain contract between the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works and the Standard Sanitary Manufacturing Company, South Bend, Indiana, for the purchase of Cast Iron Pipe, Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1> That a certain contract executed on the 27th day of January, 1931, by and between the City of South Bend, by and through its Board of Public Works for the purchase of Fifteen Ib ndred (1600) tons of 6" to 24" Cast Iron Water Pipe, Class "C" American Water Works specifications, with the privilege of increasing or decreasing the above requirements within a range of 30 %, all as evidenced by a certain letter from the Standard Sanitary Manufacturing Company, January 30th, 1931, and a resolution accepting the offer contained in the same letter adopted January 31st, 1931, and that the same is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
